Is the rooftop pool private?

Yes. The rooftop plunge pool belongs to the penthouse. The condo community also has shared pools.

Is the property in central Tulum?

The penthouse is in Ciudad Chemuyil, in the Tulum municipality. It is a jungle setting rather than a beachfront or central-Tulum property.

Can I work remotely?

The penthouse has Starlink internet. If your work has specific connection requirements, discuss them with your host before booking.

How do direct bookings work?

Send your dates by email. Your host will check the calendar and provide a written quote, payment instructions and the terms for your stay. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve dates or charge your card.

What are the cancellation and check-in policies?

Your host will provide the applicable cancellation policy, check-in and check-out times, house rules and any deposit requirements with your quote. Review them before making payment.
